With all four directions to choose from, now you can influence whether you drink your morning coffee on the terrace in the morning sun or watch the sunset from your own terrace. The spacious yard areas will include swimming pools, garden and sauna. Construction begun in summer 2024 and the last building will be completed in summer 2028.

Payment schedule:

– Reservation fee 5.500 €.

– After about a month from the reservation, 20% of the price is paid at the same time as the preliminary agreement is signed.

– During construction, 20% in two separate batches.

– The remaining 60% when the construction is completely completed and the keys are handed over to you.
